What This Machine Is Designed For

This integrated unit is designed for breweries and draft beer filling operations that want to combine cleaning and filling in one machine instead of separating the process into two standalone systems. It is especially practical when floor space, operator efficiency, and process coordination all matter.

Compared with separate washing and filling equipment, an integrated automatic keg washer and filler helps simplify line planning, centralize control, and reduce manual handling between cleaning and filling stages. For projects where keg output is stable and equipment layout needs to stay compact, this type of machine is often the more efficient choice.

Standard Equipment Features

  • Integrated design combining keg cleaning and keg filling in one machine
  • Fully automatic operation with process parameters adjustable via touchscreen
  • Siemens PLC control system for stable and precise operation
  • Chinese-English user interface for easier training and operation
  • SUS304 stainless steel construction for hygienic beer-contact and durable service life
  • Configurable water tanks, pumps, and heating methods based on site conditions
  • Optional process customization according to keg type and production requirements

For Engineering Teams

We can provide layout suggestions, utilities lists, and integration notes to reduce on-site commissioning time.

Model Comparison

The main model difference is station arrangement and cleaning output. For projects that need compact installation and moderate throughput, the dual-station model is a practical entry choice. For operations that require higher washing efficiency and more continuous keg turnover, the triple-station model is usually the more suitable configuration.

Key Information to Confirm Before Model Selection

For this type of machine, the most important selection factors are not only hourly output, but also how the machine matches the keg specification, cleaning standard, and utility conditions on site. Before quotation and layout confirmation, most projects should first clarify the following points:

  • Target keg size and keg standard
  • Expected hourly keg turnover during normal production
  • Whether the project needs a more compact machine or higher cleaning capacity
  • Available power supply and whether local voltage customization is required
  • Preferred heating solution and supporting water tank arrangement
  • Whether flow meter and process monitoring functions are required
  • Space available for installation, access, and operation

Control, Materials, and Build Quality

These are the core elements that affect daily operation stability, sanitary performance, and long-term equipment reliability in brewery use.

Control and Process Stability

The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC and touchscreen control interface, allowing both washing and filling steps to be managed through programmable settings rather than repeated manual adjustment. This helps make operation more repeatable and easier to standardize across shifts and batches.

Siemens PLC · Touchscreen operation · Bilingual interface · Repeatable process control

Material and Build Quality

The machine body is manufactured in SUS304 stainless steel, a standard material widely used in brewery equipment for hygienic contact, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. The integrated structure also helps reduce unnecessary transfer between separate cleaning and filling units.

Customization and Installation Considerations

Optional functions and installation planning should be matched to the actual project layout, utility standard, and process target before final production drawings are confirmed.

Available Customization and Optional Functions

The machine can be configured according to different plant conditions and process preferences. This makes it easier to align the equipment with the actual project instead of forcing the brewery to adapt around a fixed reference machine.

  • Flow meter
  • Movable worktop
  • Outlet residual liquid detection
  • Inlet pressure monitoring
  • Water tank configuration
  • Pump configuration
  • Heating method selection
  • Voltage customization

Installation and Utility Considerations

When planning the final layout, the machine dimensions and packing size are only one part of the decision. Operator access, keg infeed and outfeed direction, utility routing, and the location of any supporting tanks or pumps should also be confirmed in advance.

  • Confirm local voltage and frequency standard
  • Reserve access space for operation and maintenance
  • Define infeed and outfeed direction
  • Lock water, pump, and heating configuration before drawing approval

FAQ (Engineering & Procurement)

Key technical points for system confirmation and configuration clarity.

Output depends on the model (dual-station or triple-station), keg size and the cleaning program you choose, because each keg goes through washing, sanitizing and filling steps. We do not quote a single number for every setup: the rated kegs per hour for your configuration is given in the quotation. Tell us your daily keg target and keg volume.

The machine is configured to your keg type and coupler, such as common draft keg fittings and the keg sizes you use. Keg specifications and heads are customized, so please tell us the coupler type (for example A, S, D or G) and keg dimensions. We then confirm the heads and fixtures in the quotation.

The integrated unit runs a washing cycle and then filling, with SUS304 tanks and pumps for cleaning liquids and an option of heating methods. A typical sequence is a pre-rinse, a caustic wash, a rinse, sanitizing, and CO2 purge before filling. The exact program is set with your chemicals and requirements.

Typically electric power, compressed air, CO2, water and a heating source for cleaning liquids, with the heating method configurable (such as electric or steam). Exact consumption depends on the model and tanks fitted, and we list it in the quotation. Tell us what utilities you have.

Yes. Voltage, frequency and heating method can be configured to your country, and the Siemens PLC and touchscreen are supplied with the machine. Please tell us your local voltage and standard when you inquire.

Wear parts such as seals, cylinders, sensors and valves can be supplied, and we can include a spare-parts kit with the machine. Remote diagnosis and on-site service overseas are available, and our after-sales team is reachable 24/7. Wear parts carry a 3-month warranty and auxiliary equipment 1 year.
