Pre-treatment System

Raw material handling equipment varies from different fruits, and usually includes washing machine, scraper elevator, de-stemmers & crushers, press or juice extractor, pulping machine, transfer/screw pump, etc.,

Fruit wines can be produced from both fresh apples and fruit juices. If the juice needs to be mixed before fermenting, you can use the mixing tank to adjust the composition and proportion of the juice. A mixing tank usually consists of tank body, agitator, inlet and outlet, temperature control system, liquid level display and other parts.

Wine fermentation tanks include dimple jacket fermentation tanks and cooling belt fermentation tanks.

The dimple jacket design increases the heat exchange contact area between the cooling/heating medium and the tank wall, enabling fast response and precise temperature control during fermentation. This structure allows the tank to efficiently handle both cooling and heating requirements, ensuring stable fermentation conditions.

For large-capacity fruit wine fermenters, the disc cooling belt structure provides uniform and effective heat transfer across the tank surface. Thanks to its structural advantages, it is particularly suitable for large tanks, delivering reliable cooling or warming performance while maintaining consistent fermentation temperatures.
