Design, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
Pressure vessel manufacturing licences.
Export documentation and compliant engineering.
International project and shipping experience.
The right tank starts with your process – not a standard model.
For water, milk, juice, syrup, base alcohol, and other raw ingredients. Tell us how you unload and transfer – we’ll place the nozzles accordingly.
Hygienic storage after processing, with controlled surface finish, full drainage, CIP coverage and protected product transfer.
Short-residence process holding between production stages, sized for line balance and fitted for level and flow control.
Raw water, RO water, purified water and hot-water storage in grades and finishes selected for the required water quality.
Storage for whisky, vodka, baijiu and neutral spirit, with suitable seals, earthing, venting and optional ATEX-compatible accessories.
Horizontal, transport-limited and site-assembled tanks for restricted headroom, large diameters or special foundations.
Dimensions and plate thickness are calculated after working volume, medium, temperature, pressure, installation location and transport limits are confirmed.

Values are a selection guide, not a final pressure-vessel calculation. The approved GA drawing and calculation package govern manufacture.
Each selection changes cost, cleanability, heat transfer, service life or documentation. We show these effects in the quotation before drawing approval.
304 / 304L for general food and beverage duty, 316L for higher corrosion resistance, for chloride-bearing media. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are supplied.
2B mill finish, brushed 320 grit, mirror polish 400-600 grit and electro-polish. Internal Ra is measured and reported.
Ambient storage, temperature retention with 50-100 mm insulation, or active heating and cooling through a selected jacket design.
Dished, conical or sloped bottoms with legs, skirt, saddle or site-specific support design and verified foundation loads.
Sanitary or flanged connections, vents, manways, level, temperature, pressure, sampling, spray devices and safety accessories.
Top, side or bottom-entry agitation with VFD control, load cells, level automation and integration to the plant control system.
Jacket type, coverage, channel spacing, flow path and test pressure determine whether the tank reaches and holds the target process temperature.
Laser-welded dimple construction for efficient heating or cooling with reduced material and a clean exterior profile.
Formed flow channels for robust utility circulation on larger shells and duties requiring controlled flow paths.
Higher-flow channel construction selected for demanding pressure, steam or heat-transfer requirements.
Laser welding: low distortion and repeatable channels | Testing: independent jacket pressure test | Insulation: polyurethane or rock wool | Cladding: stainless steel outer shell
Inspection hold points are built into the manufacturing route so material, welding, finish and testing remain traceable.
Material grade, thickness, heat number and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are checked before release.
Shell, heads and openings are cut and formed to the approved drawing and dimensional tolerances.
Longitudinal and circumferential seams use qualified procedures with controlled heat input.
Dimple or channel jackets are welded to the calculated pattern and inspected before insulation.
Visual, penetrant and radiographic examination is performed to the specified code and inspection plan.
Product-contact surfaces are ground, polished, cleaned and passivated to the specified Ra.
Tank and jacket are independently hydrostatically or pneumatically tested before final assembly.
Dimensions, accessories, documents and finish are checked, then protected for container, flat rack or bulk shipping.
Installed storage and process tanks across brewing, spirits, beverage and food production projects.
Medium, volume, quantity, temperature, pressure, cleaning method and site restrictions.
Tank selection, itemised quotation and general arrangement drawing returned for review.
Nozzle schedule, materials, accessories and documentation scope are frozen before production.
Traceable fabrication proceeds against the approved drawing and inspection plan.
FAT, test reports, final documentation and transport protection are completed.
Remote guidance or on-site installation, commissioning and operator support as required.
Raw material, fermentation support, bright product, blending, spirit receiver and finished-product storage.
Hygienic tanks for dairy, beverage and food ingredients, with full drainage and effective CIP coverage.
Media, buffer, seed, sterile and non-standard vessels for bioengineering and pharmaceutical plants.
Corrosion-resistant storage for advanced wastewater treatment, safe water supply and zero liquid discharge.
From 1,000 L up to 200,000 L per tank. Tanks that fit standard transport ship complete; larger vessels use flat rack, break bulk, or segmented on-site assembly.
Standard grades are 304 / 304L and 316L, with duplex 2205 for chloride-bearing service. Finish options include 2B, brushed 320 grit, mirror polish and electro-polish, typically Ra 0.4-0.8 um for hygienic duty.
Yes. METO holds D1 and D2 pressure-vessel manufacturing licences and CE / PED certification, and can design to ASME VIII Div.1 technical requirements.
Single-wall tanks store at ambient temperature. Insulated tanks slow heat gain or loss. Jacketed tanks actively cool or heat the product using glycol, chilled water or steam.
Typical lead time is 15-25 days for smaller single-wall tanks, 30-45 days for medium or insulated tanks, and 45-70 days for large vessels and multi-tank projects, starting after drawing approval and deposit.
GA drawing, nozzle schedule, material certificates, welding records, dimensional and surface reports, examination and pressure-test reports, code file where applicable, manuals and packing list.
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity; one tank can be supplied as a trial or for an isolated process duty.
Yes. Support ranges from drawings and remote supervision to travelling engineers for site welding, installation, pipework and commissioning.
You do not need a finished specification. Send the stored medium, working volume, quantity, temperature, pressure and site limits. An engineer will review the duty and return the technical questions, GA drawing and itemised quotation.
